The Story
After the bank robbery, Cousin Angie fled with some of the gold, disappearing deep into the woods … to The Hideout.
You and your team of birdwatchers are tucked away in a bird hide when the calm is shattered. Loud bangs echo through the trees. A figure bolts past. Angie is making a run for it.
The hideout itself appears deserted…
except for some very strange noises coming from a nearby toilet. Someone is clearly locked in … and very much on edge of their seat.
You leave the bird hide and head into the forest.
The adventure begins.
It’s a big open space. There are buildings. There are lots of things we’d love to tell you about…
but honestly, you’ll just have to come and play it to see 👀
The Bigger Picture
The Hideout is the third chapter in the Rob the Bank story, written by the same game writer behind Rob the Bank, Rob the Bank 2 (The Getaway) and Escape the Night … our overnight escape room set in the bank robber’s flat.
You don’t need to have played any of the previous games to enjoy this one.
It’s funny. It’s silly. And it’s a HUGE, fully explorable multi-room set.
It’s Know Escape.

I’m ridiculously proud of the team for what’s gone into The Hideout. This is, without doubt, our most ambitious … and most ruddy weird … game yet… my 14 year old son Ryan designed wired in the most amazing tech puzzle and it’s something you will have never seen before… it’s amazing (read the reviews on Google!).

The final part in the sequence is Escape the Night, our overnight escape room located at our Bishop’s Stortford venue. You sleep in that one! Don’t worry, there are no cameras, it’s all run over the phone and over 900 teams have played since its launch in 2021.
